Refund Policy
At D’vena Home Care, we value our customers and strive to provide exceptional cleaning services with the highest standards of care. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review your concerns and make it right.
Refunds are not automatically issued but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, we will first offer a re-cleaning of the area at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction. If a refund is approved, it will only cover the service fees paid directly to D’vena Home Care and will be processed back to you within 7–10 business days.
Please note that:
• Refunds cannot be issued for services already completed if concerns were not reported within the 24-hour window.
• Gift cards, promotional services, and deposits are non-refundable.
• Additional services performed outside the original booking are non-refundable once completed.
Our goal is to make sure you are happy with the results, and we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
