By booking or using the services of D’vena Home Care, you agree to our terms and conditions which state that we provide residential and commercial cleaning services including standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleaning, with the scope of work confirmed at booking. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged, and we accept multiple forms of payment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a service fee may apply if access is denied or notice is too short. Customers are responsible for providing safe access, securing pets and valuables, and informing us of fragile items or restricted areas. While our team is fully trained and insured, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unsecured items, and any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service. We offer a satisfaction guarantee and will re-clean affected areas at no additional charge if notified within 24 hours. For health and safety reasons, we may refuse service in hazardous conditions. All personal information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service delivery and communication, never sold or shared with third parties. D’vena Home Care reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
